Using visual software and creativity we reimagined the homes' exterior look for increased curb appeal. The removal of a 90s vinyl siding installation revealed excellent original stucco with beat up trim boards. The trim boards were removed and replaced, and both trim and stucco faces were painted in the same color to achieve a strength in massing and appeal. The windows were uniquely treated to add grids that matched color to the painted vinyl trim of each window. Last, the front door was painted a deep dark green - complimenting the new home colors and original brick veneer.

The original lawn was a struggling grass which easily turned brown in summer without consistent watering. A xeriscaped approach was taken using mulched areas, crushed stone, reclaimed brick, and a new front walk entry laid with 2-1/2" thick Yukon gold quartzite flagstone. Newly planted cherry flowering trees, and unique evergreens provide both visual weight within the mulched areas, focal point, and privacy to the home. Drought tolerant bushes and flowers were also planted to balance proportion with the larger drought tolerant flora. Landscape lighting to compliment the colors and architecture was included in the design to give an excellent night time experience.
